Withdrawal from the contract / Returns

Being a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded in the Online Store within 30 days without giving any reason. The period for cancellation shall expire after 30 days from the day on which you have taken possession of the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you has taken possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or e-mail). You can send the statement, for example:

• in electronic form via e-mail to: sklep@fritz-shop.eu

A sample withdrawal form is included in Appendix No. 2 to the Consumer Rights Act and is additionally available on the website of the Online Shop under the tab "Withdrawal from the contract". You may use the model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.


In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send information concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.


In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we will return to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery of the items (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of delivery method other than the cheapest ordinary delivery method offered by us), immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal from this contract. We will refund your payment using the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees in connection with this refund. We may withhold reimbursement until you receive the item or until you provide us with proof of return, whichever event occurs first.


If you have received the item, please send it back or give it to us at the address: 11 Janosika Street, 60-195 Poznań, immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the item back before the expiration of the 30-day period. You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the item. You are liable only for the diminution in value of the thing resulting from using it in a manner other than that which was necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the thing.
