We take care of your rights, including the right to make a complaint about the goods we sell. Below you will find detailed information regarding our liability for a defect in the Goods sold by us, as well as your rights to make a complaint under the law - under warranty.
Important! Remember that if a warranty has also been issued for the Goods, you can also file a complaint on the basis of it - but in this case the addressee will be the guarantor indicated in the warranty.
The warranty also specifies in each case the extent of your rights. Remember that the exercise of rights under the warranty does not affect our liability under the warranty, and that the warranty does not exclude, limit or suspend your rights under the provisions on warranty for defects of the sold thing The basis and scope of our liability for defects of the Goods under the warranty is determined by the generally applicable provisions of the law, in particular, the provisions of the Civil Code, and for sales contracts concluded until December 24, 2014, the provisions of the Act of July 27, 2002. on specific terms of consumer sales and on the amendment of the Civil Code (Journal of Laws of 2002 with the number 141, item. 1176 as amended.). We are obliged to deliver Goods without defects. We are liable under the warranty if a physical defect in the Goods is discovered before the expiration of two years from the date of its release to the Buyer.
Important! We are liable under warranty for physical defects that existed at the time the danger passed to the buyer or arose from a cause inherent in the thing sold at the same time. You can make a complaint, for example:

In the description of the complaint, state:
information and circumstances regarding the subject of the complaint, in particular the type and date of the defect;
request for a method of bringing the product into conformity with the sales contract, or a statement of price reduction or withdrawal from the sales contract;
your contact information - this will make it easier and faster to process your complaint.
Remember that the requirements stated in the preceding sentence are in the form of a recommendation only and do not affect the effectiveness of complaints made without the recommended description of the complaint. Remember that the Buyer, who exercises warranty rights, is obliged to deliver the defective Goods at our expense to the address: 60-195 Poznań, ul Janosika 11. However, if due to the nature of the Goods or the manner of their installation its delivery would be excessively difficult, the Buyer shall be obliged to make the Goods available to us at the place where they are located. We will respond to your complaint immediately, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of its submission.
Provisions for entrepreneurs - In accordance with Art. 558 § 1 of the Civil Code, the Seller's liability under warranty for the Goods against the Buyer who is not a consumer is excluded. At the moment of release of the Goods by the Seller to the carrier, the benefits and burdens associated with the Goods, as well as the danger of accidental loss or damage to the Goods, are transferred to the Buyer who is not a consumer. In such a case, the Seller shall not be liable for any loss, loss or damage to the Goods occurring from the acceptance of the Goods for carriage until their release to the Buyer and for any delay in the carriage of the consignment. Out-of-court ways of handling complaints and pursuing claims The consumer has the opportunity to use out-of-court ways of handling complaints and pursuing claims, in particular, the consumer can use: - a permanent amicable consumer court at the provincial inspector of the Commercial Inspection - mediation proceedings conducted by the provincial inspector of the Commercial Inspection - free assistance of a district (municipal) consumer ombudsman or a social organization whose statutory tasks include consumer protection (m.in.
