CC AVM at IFA 2022

AVM will be showing new FRITZ! products for Mesh Wi-Fi, Smart Home and a new FRITZ!Fon at IFA 2022 in Berlin from 2 - 6 September. The IFA presence in Hall 10.2 and the outdoor stand at the IFA Summer Garden will also focus on fiber optics and the new, extensive FRITZ!OS 7.50 update. AVM will be presenting its complete portfolio of FRITZ!Box models for fiber optics, DSL, cable and 5G/LTE, as well as FRITZ! Mesh Repeaters and Powerline products. The versatile Smart Home products for heating, energy and lighting control and measuring consumption will also be on display. With these products, users get a secure digital home that offers them strong Wi-Fi and in which they can conveniently use energy- and cost-saving applications.

Live demo: Easily connect FRITZ!Box Fiber at home

For the growing number of fiber optic connections, AVM offers two models for all networks, the FRITZ!Box 5590 Fiber and 5530 Fiber, which are already equipped for future speeds. In a live demonstration, AVM will show IFA visitors how easy it is to connect a FRITZ!Box Fiber at home and what energy-saving advantages customers have by using a router directly at the connection. A FRITZ!Box Fiber can save around 40 percent in energy costs – compared to a connection that uses a router with an additional fiber optic modem.
